L&S WASTE MANAGEMENT SIGN NEW SPONSORSHIP DEAL WITH PORTSMOUTH RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

Fareham-based L&S Waste Management has agreed a new sponsorship deal with Portsmouth Rugby Football Club for the 2023/24 season.

The new deal marks a decade of support between the two organisations as Managing Director of L&S Waste Management, Mick Balch, explains:

“At L&S we have always recognised the importance of engaging with our local community and sponsor a number of local sports teams and local events.

“We continue to benefit from the relationships with Clubs like PRFC, especially as many associated with the Club are either employees, suppliers or customers of our skip, concrete, aggregates or portable toilet hire services.”

Jon Whitehouse, PRFC Chairman said:

“Having the support of local businesses is crucial to the survival of community clubs like ours and we are delighted to have L&S Waste onboard as a sponsor again.”

Community is at the heart of L&S’ work as an organisation – whether it’s connecting people through rugby, or through projects such their Portsmouth in the Community initiative, which supports organisations and local events in the Portsmouth area.

L&S also has a long-standing relationship with Portsmouth Football Club, where it has also been a partner sponsor for the past decade.

L&S Waste currently employs more than 150 people across Hampshire, and operates a fleet of 100 vehicles across its three sites in Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton, delivering a full range of waste management, concrete, aggregate and portable toilet services.
