What are L&S Loos supplied with?

L&S Loos are provided with (consumables) Toilet Rolls, Flushable Hand Towels plus Hand Cleaner, all are replenished at each service. The unit itself is supplied with Fresh Water and Toilet Deodorising Agent.

What can go into the unit?

Human toilet waste, toilet roll and the supplied flushable paper towels only.

Do not place sanitary items into the toilet.

The unit is full, what do I do?

Don’t panic! In the event that your loo requires an urgent service between scheduled visits just contact L&S Loos and we will arrange a call out. Please note this will incur an additional service charge.

Can I move the L&S Loo?

In short, no. Please do not move the unit from its delivered position it may present us problems with service and collection.

Insurance

As with all equipment that is hired the hirer is responsible for the security and condition of the equipment during the hire period. Wear and tear through normal use is accepted, however all damage including graffiti and total loss is chargeable to hirer.

WELCOME TO L&S LOOS

Our job is to provide Construction, Commercial, Domestic and Event users with portable toilet units, supported by a first class service.

All toilets are available for a minimum 4-week period and include servicing once per week as standard. As many requirements differ, we remain flexible to the needs of our customers and are happy to discuss a bespoke hire to suit your needs. Please email your requirements to sales@lsloos.co.uk.

Loos

L&S Loos are provided with (consumables) Toilet Rolls, Flushable Hand Towels plus Hand Cleaner, all are replenished at each service. The unit itself is supplied with Fresh Water and Toilet Deodorising Agent.

Delivery

Delivery and set up are made by our own fully trained employees. The delivery and collection cost is £50+vat and is included in the quoted price.

Service

The service visit covers – emptying of the loo, refreshing, cleaning and restocking of the unit.

How many units do I need to hire?

One unit will normally cater for 7 individuals working a standard 40-hour week in a construction or domestic environment.

Simply multiply the units accordingly or call L&S Loos if you need any assistance.

Notes:

If alcoholic beverages are served, increase the number of units by 13%.
If the percentage of women in attendance increases above 50% increase the number of units by that same percentage.
The table assumes a maximum acceptable waiting line of 10 people.
