L&S WASTE MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES NEW 3-YEAR SPONSORSHIP DEAL WITH PORTSMOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB
Fareham-based company L&S Waste Management is delighted to announce a new three-year sponsorship deal with Portsmouth Football Club, starting from the 2024/25 season. This sponsorship comes at a pivotal moment as Portsmouth FC celebrates its return to the Championship for the first time in 12 years.
L&S Waste Management, one of PFC’s longest-standing sponsors, began its partnership with the Club during a challenging period marked by financial difficulties and relegation from the top flight of English football. L&S stepped in to sponsor the Club during its previous Championship days and has remained a steadfast supporter throughout its journey. This new deal marks an exciting new chapter as both the Club and L&S Waste Management look forward to a successful future together.
L&S Waste Managing Director, Mick Balch, said: “We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Portsmouth Football Club as they embark on this exciting new chapter in the Championship. Over the past decade, we have been proud Club Partners and sponsors of the L&S South Stand.
“This new three-year commitment underlines our belief in the Club’s potential and our shared vision for its success. With the current management and ownership, and the addition of some exciting new signings, we are confident that Portsmouth FC is well-positioned to achieve great things in the coming years."

L&S Waste Management currently employs more than 150 people across Hampshire and operates a fleet of 100 vehicles across its three sites along the south coast, delivering a comprehensive range of waste management, concrete, aggregate, and portable toilet services. This ongoing partnership with Portsmouth FC highlights L&S Waste Management’s dedication to supporting the local community and fostering growth and success both on and off the field.
