L&S Team Member Matt Barnes Achieves COTC Level 4 Qualification

L&S Waste Management is proud to announce that Matt Barnes, one of our long-standing team members, has successfully achieved his COTC Level 4 Award in Waste and Resource Management.

Matt has been part of the L&S team for more than ten years, having joined the company as a site labourer before progressing through the ranks to become a trainee site supervisor. His hard work, commitment, and willingness to learn have been instrumental in his professional growth and this latest achievement marks another major milestone in his career.

The Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC) is a highly respected industry qualification that recognises technical knowledge and operational competence within the waste management sector. Earning this award demonstrates Matt’s expertise and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of site safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

Commenting on his success, Matt said: “I’ve learned so much during my time at L&S and I’m really grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received from the team. Completing my COTC Level 4 is a big step forward in my career, and I’m looking forward to continuing to progress with the company.”
