As a local employer of more than 150 people at our sites across Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton we believe that we have responsibility, which extends beyond the daily working lives of our team and into the communities in which we operate.

Over the years L&S has supported hundreds of local community projects by way of financial contributions, the provision of services, or manpower to help community events. This is an important part of our business and a commitment, which we will continue to pledge to our local communities.

The L&S in the Community project is our community funding initiative, which provides much needed help and support to local people and charity organisations.

We are delighted to have won the much coveted Portsmouth News 2019 Business Excellence Awards Community Contribution category.
